Each cartridge is loaded to ensure optimal pressure, velocity and consistency, from lot to lot. Much of the brass is made by Hornady, the rest carefully selected for reliable feeding, corrosion resistance, hardness and the ability to withstand maximum chamber pressure. Like the powder, each primer is carefully matched to individual loads, and specially selected for their ability to quickly, completely and reliably ignite the powder charge.

1. Polymer Tip --The sleek polymer tip improves ballistic performance, accuracy and initiation expansion.
2. Bonded Core --The bonded design ensures that the bullet achieves controlled expansion with virtually no fragmentation and the core will never separate from the jacket.
3. Expansion Control Ring --Controls expansion to form a large, flat mushroom and a wide wound channel over twice the bullet diameter.
4. Thick, Tough Jacket --Necessary to retain weight and contributes to expansion of over twice the bullet diameter.
