ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL!  NO RETURNS ON AMMUNITION.

It is the buyers’ responsibility to understand and comply with their local, state and federal laws governing the purchase and, ownership of ammunition.  Please review our State Restrictions section to ensure that you can purchase ammunition.

Shipping charges are calculated according to your zip code and weight of package(s).

At this time RareAmmo.com only ships UPS Ground within the continental United States.

          We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes

          We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii or D.C. (Restrictions apply to a few Freedom-Restricted States where we must ship to an FFL or collect appropriate credentials to ship.

          We DO NOT ship international

Orders typically ship within 2 business days, during normal business days, excluding holidays.

Wrong Address:

     Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the merchandise is returned, only the cost of the product will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee or you must cover the new shipping to the correct address. Please verify that all information is correct before completing your order.

Refusal of Delivery:

     If you refuse delivery of the order or your order is cancelled due to any reasonable reason that the owner sees fit to cancel your order for. (Attempt Fraud, Belligerent or Rude Behavior, Insufficient Credentials, ETC) There will be a 20% product re-stocking fee that will be charged along with the original and return shipping fees.

Incorrect/Missing Items on Orders:

     Here at RareAmmo.com we take pride in making sure our customers are 100% satisfied. That is why every order that leaves our warehouse is triple checked, electronically verified, and digitally recorded. That does not mean that errors won’t happen. Should you find a mistake with your order please follow the instructions below to rectify the problem.

  1. Call 337-909-0458 or email [email protected] to inform us of the situation.

  2. If you are missing merchandise we will regenerate the original order and check our inventory. If it is verified that all products were indeed packaged correctly we will then file a claim for missing merchandise with the shipping company. They will contact you to investigate the shortage and examine the package. Upon notification from the carrier that the claim is valid we will re-ship the missing product with no shipping fees.

  3. If we determine that indeed merchandise was not in the package, we will immediately process the order with no shipping fees.

  4. If we shipped the wrong item, we will ship you the correct product along with a return label and instructions for returning the products at no cost to you.

 

Defective Products:

     RareAmmo.com does not manufacture any ammunition or products we sell. We are merely a dealer or distributor for the products offered on this site. We can only ensure that we send what you purchased and, guarantee that you will receive that product.

     It is the manufacturer's responsibility to guarantee their product against defects, blemishes, and non-functionality.

     Should you receive a product that is defective, please contact the manufacturer of the product first. This information can be found on the manufacturer’s website. Let them know why you are unhappy and what you expect them to do.

     Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Should you not be content with the handling of your defective product by the manufacturer please contact us at 337-909-0458 or email [email protected] and we will happy to assist you in the process.

Damaged Merchandise:

  1. Should you receive damaged merchandise please contact us immediately by phone at 337-909-0458 to inform us of what is damaged.

     

  2. We will contact the shipping company to file a claim for the damaged merchandise.

     

  3. Original packaging MUST be kept and made available to the shipping company, if not a claim cannot be processed.

     

  4. The shipping company will contact you and inspect the damaged package. Once that is complete they will send RareAmmo.com a claim form, this normally takes 3-5 days for processing.

     

  5. Upon receipt of the shipping company claim form we will ship the replacement product(s).

     

  6. Please note-the shipping company will attempt to pick up your package three (3) times.  If by the third attempt you do not make the package available and we in turn have already shipped the re-placement product you will be charged again for the product and shipping fees.

Manufacturer’s change their packaging without consulting dealers or distributors.  The items pictured on our website are for representation purposes only.  It is in no way a guarantee of the size, shape, color of the packaging you will receive.  We do guarantee that you will receive the ammunition you purchased even if packaging differs.
